Current production flow is Cash on Delivery only. No online payment gateway is enabled.

How are professionals verified?

Thingsraj follows role-based onboarding and assigns only active provider accounts for operational jobs.

How do I track my booking status?

Sign in as customer and open Dashboard to view your booking history and current statuses.

What if service quality is not satisfactory?

Raise the issue through contact support. Our team reviews and resolves based on job notes and status records.
